Ingredients
  

For the Peppermint Marshmallow Creamer
  • 1/2 cup half & half cream (10% cream)
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract can add more to taste
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows 15g or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar or more to taste
For the Peppermint Whipping Cream
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (35%)
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract second addition
  • 1 tablespoon icing sugar
For the Latte
  • 2 cups Nespresso coffee
  • 1 teaspoon crushed candy canes for topping

Method
 

Make Peppermint Marshmallow Creamer
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix the half & half cream and 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
  2. Whip until it gets thick and creamy.
  3. Add mini marshmallows to the mixture and stir gently.
  4. If you like it sweeter, add icing sugar to taste.
Make Peppermint Whipping Cream
  1. In a separate bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream.
  2. Add icing sugar and the extra 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
  3. Whip it using a whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  4. Ensure it is fluffy but not over-whipped.
Make Peppermint Marshmallow Latte
  1. Brew 2 cups of Nespresso coffee.
  2. Pour the coffee into your favorite glass or mug.
  3. Stir in the Peppermint Marshmallow Creamer from the first step.
  4. Top with the whipped cream from the second step.
  5. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top for extra flavor and decoration.
  6. Add a candy cane on the side for a festive look.

Notes

This latte is best enjoyed fresh. You can store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for a day or two. Extra Peppermint Marshmallow Creamer can be kept in the fridge for about a week. Freezing is not recommended, as it may change the taste and texture.
