Make Peppermint Marshmallow Creamer
- In a mixing bowl, mix the half & half cream and 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
- Whip until it gets thick and creamy.
- Add mini marshmallows to the mixture and stir gently.
- If you like it sweeter, add icing sugar to taste.
Make Peppermint Whipping Cream
- In a separate bowl, pour the heavy whipping cream.
- Add icing sugar and the extra 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
- Whip it using a whisk or electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Ensure it is fluffy but not over-whipped.
Make Peppermint Marshmallow Latte
- Brew 2 cups of Nespresso coffee.
- Pour the coffee into your favorite glass or mug.
- Stir in the Peppermint Marshmallow Creamer from the first step.
- Top with the whipped cream from the second step.
- Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top for extra flavor and decoration.
- Add a candy cane on the side for a festive look.
Notes
This latte is best enjoyed fresh. You can store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for a day or two. Extra Peppermint Marshmallow Creamer can be kept in the fridge for about a week. Freezing is not recommended, as it may change the taste and texture.
