Ingredients
  

For the Lavender Cold Foam
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon lavender syrup
  • 1-2 drops purple food coloring (optional)
For the Matcha Base
  • 1.5 cups oat milk
  • 3 tablespoons vanilla syrup
  • 2 teaspoons pure matcha powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small jar, combine heavy cream, whole milk, lavender syrup, and food coloring (if using). Froth for 10-20 seconds until well combined and set aside.
  2. In a large container, mix oat milk, vanilla syrup, and matcha powder. Stir with a milk frother or matcha whisk for 1-2 minutes until well combined.
Serving
  1. Pour the matcha oat milk over ice in a tall glass and top with the lavender cold foam. Enjoy!

Notes

Use less vanilla syrup for fewer calories. For a dairy-free foam, swap heavy cream and whole milk for full-fat oat creamer.
