Preparation
- In a medium saucepan, stir together 1 ½ cups of water, chopped mint leaves, white grape juice, and granulated sugar.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool and steep at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- Strain out the mint leaves, squeezing them to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Transfer the strained liquid to a jar or pitcher, and stir in the fresh lime juice. Allow it to cool completely in the fridge.
Serving
- Mix ½ cup of the Cool Lime Refresher Base with ½ cup of water.
- Pour the mixture over ice and garnish with mint leaves and/or lime slices.
Notes
For best flavor, use fresh ingredients and store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. Consume within 3 to 5 days. You can also adjust sweetness and experiment with additional flavors.
