Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew a strong shot of espresso or hot coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, warm up the milk with a pinch of cinnamon and the rose water.
  3. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.
  4. Whisk until the milk becomes steamy with tiny bubbles.
  5. Pour the milk over your brewed coffee.
  6. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
  7. For an Instagram-worthy finish, garnish with dried rose petals.

Notes

This latte is versatile; you can also try it with a splash of cinnamon dolce syrup for more flavor. It can be served iced during summer by cooling the coffee and adding cold milk with rose and cinnamon over ice.
