  • 4 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup sour cream can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda (e.g., 7-Up) or any lemon-lime soda
  • 1/2 cup melted butter for the bottom of the pan and additional melted butter to brush over the top

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick mix, sour cream, and soda together gently until well combined.
  3. Pour the 1/2 cup melted butter into the bottom of a 13×9 glass baking dish and swish it around.
  4. Drop the batter in heaping spoonfuls into the baking dish (4 rows of 3, equally spaced apart).
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes.
  2. Once they come out, brush them with the additional melted butter generously.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a lighter option, consider using low-fat Bisquick or Greek yogurt. These biscuits are best served warm.
