Preparation
- Brew a fresh shot of espresso and mix it with black cocoa powder until well combined.
- In a tall glass, add the sweetener, milk, and the espresso mixture. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- In a bowl, mix the matcha powder with whipped cream until the color is even and the flavor is consistent.
Assembly
- Carefully spoon the matcha whip on top of the latte.
- Serve cold or hot, and enjoy!

Best served in a clear glass to showcase its beautiful layers. Optionally drizzle with chocolate sauce on top.
