Ingredients
  

For the Latte
  • 1 shot Espresso (1-1.5oz based on your preferences) Use strong brewed coffee if no espresso machine is available.
  • 1 tbsp White chocolate cocoa powder Can be substituted with dark chocolate for a different flavor.
  • ΒΌ teaspoon Peppermint Syrup Can use peppermint extract as an alternative, but use sparingly.
  • 6 oz Steamed Milk Can be substituted with almond, soy, or oat milk for a dairy-free version.
  • to taste Peppermint candies For garnish.
  • to taste Whipped cream For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add a shot of espresso (or very strong coffee) to your mug.
  2. In a tall milk frother, add the steamed milk, cocoa powder, and peppermint syrup.
  3. Microwave the mixture for about 40 seconds until it is hot.
  4. Pump the frother to create plenty of rich milk foam.
  5. Pour the frothy milk over the espresso in the mug.
  6. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle peppermint candies on top.
  7. Enjoy your delicious White Cocoa Peppermint Latte!

Notes

Best served hot. You can make a larger batch and serve it in a coffee pot if sharing. Store white chocolate cocoa powder and peppermint syrup in a cool, dry place. Steamed milk should be used immediately.
