Ingredients
  

For the Cold Foam
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream For a rich texture
  • 1.5 tbsp white chocolate syrup Adjust for sweetness
  • 1 tbsp whole milk For creaminess
  • 1 tbsp macadamia nut syrup Add more for extra flavor
For the Cold Brew
  • 1.5 cups cold brew coffee Use fresh for best flavor
  • 1.5 tbsp macadamia nut syrup Sweetens the coffee
  • 1 tbsp crushed sugar cookies Optional garnish for texture

Method
 

Prepare the Cold Foam
  1. In a small glass or container, add the heavy cream, white chocolate syrup, whole milk, and 1 tablespoon of macadamia nut syrup.
  2. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for about 15-30 seconds until it becomes light and airy.
  3. Set this aside.
Prepare the Cold Brew
  1. Take a tall glass and fill it with 1 ½ cups of cold brew coffee.
  2. Stir in 1 ½ tablespoons of macadamia nut syrup to sweeten the coffee.
  3. Make sure the mixture is well combined.
Combine and Serve
  1. Add ice to the glass with cold brew coffee.
  2. Pour the cold foam you prepared earlier over the sweetened cold brew coffee.
  3. If you like, sprinkle some crushed sugar cookies on top of the foam for added texture and sweetness.
  4. Your White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew is ready. Grab a straw or a spoon, give it a gentle stir, and enjoy!
