Prepare the Cold Foam
- In a small glass or container, add the heavy cream, white chocolate syrup, whole milk, and 1 tablespoon of macadamia nut syrup.
- Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for about 15-30 seconds until it becomes light and airy.
- Set this aside.
Prepare the Cold Brew
- Take a tall glass and fill it with 1 ½ cups of cold brew coffee.
- Stir in 1 ½ tablespoons of macadamia nut syrup to sweeten the coffee.
- Make sure the mixture is well combined.
Combine and Serve
- Add ice to the glass with cold brew coffee.
- Pour the cold foam you prepared earlier over the sweetened cold brew coffee.
- If you like, sprinkle some crushed sugar cookies on top of the foam for added texture and sweetness.
