Preparation
- Clap the mint leaves together in your hands a few times to release their oils, then place them in your mug or glass.
- Add the lime juice and press very gently several times with a muddler to mix the flavors.
- Fill your glass with ice and top it with the ginger beer. If using, add the splash of apple cider vinegar or non-alcoholic vodka.
- Add your optional garnishes and serve chilled.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store ingredients separately and mix just before serving to maintain fizziness.
