  • 1/2 oz lime juice Freshly squeezed lime juice is recommended for best flavor.
  • 8-10 leaves mint leaves Clap the mint leaves to release their oils.
  • 1 oz non-alcoholic vodka (optional) Alternatively, use a splash of apple cider vinegar.
Garnishes (optional)
  • 1 slice lime, for garnish Add for extra flavor and presentation.
  • 1 sprig mint, for garnish Fresh mint enhances aroma and presentation.

Preparation
  1. Clap the mint leaves together in your hands a few times to release their oils, then place them in your mug or glass.
  2. Add the lime juice and press very gently several times with a muddler to mix the flavors.
  3. Fill your glass with ice and top it with the ginger beer. If using, add the splash of apple cider vinegar or non-alcoholic vodka.
  4. Add your optional garnishes and serve chilled.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Store ingredients separately and mix just before serving to maintain fizziness.
