  • 3/4 cup coconut water
  • 1 unit lime (juice) Juice of 1 lime

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend frozen mango, coconut water, and lime juice in a high-speed blender.
  2. Serve in salt-rimmed glasses and garnish with a lime wheel.

Notes

For a thicker texture, add more frozen mango or ice. For a lighter version, add more coconut water. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 48 hours or freeze for three months.
