  • 1 teaspoon water To mix with the egg.

  • 24 pieces cocktail wieners Use turkey or chicken for a healthier version.
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning For topping.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg and water.
Assembly
  1. Roll the dough into a 12x6-inch rectangle.
  2. Cut the dough in half lengthwise, then slice crosswise into 1-inch strips to form 24 strips.
  3. Wrap each dough strip around a cocktail wiener and place it seam side down onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Brush the egg wash evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven until browned, about 15 minutes.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh out of the oven. For a healthy dip, consider low-sugar mustard or yogurt-based sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container; they can be reheated in the oven.
