Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together tahini, warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for about 2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces. Shape each piece into a roll and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Cover and let the rolls rise for another hour.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush the warm rolls with butter and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
To store leftover Tahini Brioche, keep it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or freeze the rolls for up to 3 months.
