Sweet Pistachio Sauce For Coffee

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup pistachio cream
  • 1/4 cup 2 percent milk Can use low-fat or skim milk for a lighter option.
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon more milk at a time until the pistachio sauce reaches a thick but pourable consistency.
  3. Transfer to a mason jar or other airtight container.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Serving Suggestions
  1. For hot coffee, stir in 1 teaspoon per cup.
  2. For lattes, add 1–2 tablespoons to hot milk, froth, and pour over espresso.
  3. For iced coffee, mix 1–2 tablespoons into cold milk or cold brew and stir.

Notes

Can be stored in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays for up to 3 months.
