Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth. If too thick, add 1 tablespoon more milk at a time until the pistachio sauce reaches a thick but pourable consistency.
- Transfer to a mason jar or other airtight container.
- Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Serving Suggestions
- For hot coffee, stir in 1 teaspoon per cup.
- For lattes, add 1–2 tablespoons to hot milk, froth, and pour over espresso.
- For iced coffee, mix 1–2 tablespoons into cold milk or cold brew and stir.
Notes
Can be stored in an airtight jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays for up to 3 months.
