Cooking
  1. Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Scoop a generous spoonful of the batter into the hot butter and flatten it slightly with a spatula.
  3. Cook the matzo brei until golden brown, about 3 to 5 minutes per side.
  4. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
