Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top.
  2. Slice the Parmesan into thin pieces roughly matching the size of the crackers.
  3. Cut each strip of bacon into quarters.
Assembling
  1. Lay one slice of Parmesan on each cracker, top with a piece of bacon, and sprinkle with brown sugar and red pepper flakes.
  2. Repeat until all crackers are assembled.
Baking
  1. Arrange the topped crackers in a single layer on the wire rack and bake for 35-45 minutes, rotating halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Check for doneness at 30 minutes; they should be crisp with golden brown edges.
