Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong cold brew concentrate
  • 3/4-1 cup milk of choice unsweetened if you want it sugar-free
Flavoring Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free vanilla syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free caramel syrup
  • 1-2 tablespoons half and half or heavy cream for extra body, optional
  • 1 pinch sea salt optional but enhances flavor with caramel
Serving Ingredients
  • to fill glass ice
  • as desired amount sugar free whipped cream optional for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Fill your glass with ice. If you want a mega-creamy drink, add the half and half to the bottom first.
  2. Pour in the espresso or cold brew concentrate. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
  3. Stir in the sugar free vanilla and caramel syrups, adjusting based on your taste preference.
  4. Top with your milk and stir well until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust by adding more milk or syrup as needed.
  6. Finish with sugar free whipped cream if desired.

Notes

For a blended version, pulse all ingredients in a blender with ice until frosty. Keep your coffee chilled to avoid a watery drink, and use large ice cubes. You can also try adding a scoop of protein for a filling drink.
