  • 2 packages cream cheese, at room temperature 8-ounce packages
  • 0.75 cup chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 pinch salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Thoroughly dry each piece of celery with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, olives, garlic, salt, and black pepper together until well combined.
  4. Using a knife, spread a generous amount of cream cheese filling down the center indentation of each celery piece.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.

Notes

To keep your stuffed celery fresh, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3-5 days. Freezing is not recommended as the celery may lose its crunch when thawed.
