Preparation
- Combine Chex cereal, Cheerios, pretzels, and freeze-dried strawberries in a large mixing bowl.
- Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Pour melted chocolate over the cereal mix. Stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
- Add Valentine’s sprinkles and mix again.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer.
- Chill for 30 minutes or until set.
- Break into clusters and serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For warm climates, keep in the fridge to prevent the chocolate from softening.
