Cereal Mix
  • 2 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 3 cups Very Berry Cheerios
  • 2 cups pretzel twists or sticks (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 oz freeze-dried strawberries (approx. 1 ¼ cups)
Coating
  • 9 oz white chocolate chips (dairy-free optional)
  • 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
  • 1 cup Valentine’s sprinkles Optional for decoration

Preparation
  1. Combine Chex cereal, Cheerios, pretzels, and freeze-dried strawberries in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  3. Pour melted chocolate over the cereal mix. Stir gently to coat all pieces evenly.
  4. Add Valentine’s sprinkles and mix again.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes or until set.
  7. Break into clusters and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days. For warm climates, keep in the fridge to prevent the chocolate from softening.
