  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon sugar or sweetener of choice Use a no-calorie sweetener for a diabetic-friendly option.
  • 1 cup 1 cup soda water
  • extra mint/strawberries Extra mint and strawberries to serve For garnish.

Preparation
  1. Muddle the strawberries and sugar or sweetener in a glass to release the juices.
  2. Add the lime juice and stir to combine.
  3. Clap the mint leaves together in your hands to release their scent.
  4. Fill the glass with ice and add soda water. Stir to combine.
  5. Garnish with extra mint and strawberry slices.

Notes

Best served fresh. Store the muddled fruit mix in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Freeze the fruit mixture in ice cube trays for quick servings.
