  • 8-10 pieces strawberries, halved Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 80 millilitres freshly squeezed lemon juice Fresh lemon juice gives a bright flavor.
  • 30 millilitres honey Adjust for sweetness preference.
  • 300 millilitres water Divided into two portions.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend strawberries, lemon juice, honey, and half of the water together in a high speed blender.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer.
  3. Divide the mixture between 2 small glasses.
  4. Top with remaining water and serve.

Notes

Serve chilled over ice for the best taste. For portion control, pour into small glasses (about 200 to 250 ml per glass).
