Ingredients
  

For the mocktail
  • 3 pieces strawberries, diced Fresh strawberries add vitamin C and flavor.
  • 1 inch cucumber, grated Adds hydration and a cool flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener (optional) Use a zero-calorie sweetener for low-calorie version.
  • 0.5 pieces lime, juice Squeezed for freshness and tang.
  • 1 cup sparkling water Provides fizz.
  • as needed ice To keep the drink chilled.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the diced strawberries and grated cucumber in a tall glass.
  2. Add the teaspoon of sweetener if you desire a sweeter drink.
  3. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the glass.
  4. Muddle the strawberries, cucumber, sweetener, and lime with a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon.
  5. Add ice to fill the glass three quarters full.
  6. Pour 1 cup of sparkling water over the ice.
  7. Stir gently to combine all flavors.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness or lime as needed.
  9. Garnish with a thin cucumber slice or a strawberry on the rim and serve cold.

Notes

Enjoy fresh; store components separately to maintain fizz. Use frozen fruit cubes instead of ice for added flavor without dilution.
