Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Wash and dice your strawberries into small pieces (about 1/4 inch).
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the entire box of strawberry cake mix into your wet ingredients and whisk everything together until you have a smooth, pink batter.
- Add your diced fresh strawberries to the batter and gently fold them in using a spatula.
- Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch baking pan with parchment paper or wax paper.
- Pour your strawberry brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly with your spatula.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean with just a few moist crumbs.
- Let your brownies cool completely in the pan for about 30-45 minutes.
Glazing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and milk until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the glaze over your cooled brownies and spread it evenly with a spatula or the back of a spoon.
- Let the glaze set for about 10 minutes.
- Cut your brownies into even squares and garnish each square with a fresh strawberry slice or a strawberry cut into a heart shape.
- Serve at room temperature and enjoy!
