Ingredients
  

Filling ingredients
  • 2 packages (10 ounce) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • 3 tablespoons chopped onion
  • 1 package (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
Wrap ingredients
  • 10 pieces (12 inch) flour tortillas

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the thawed and drained spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon bits, chopped onion, and ranch dressing mix in a mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients together until they form a uniform mixture.
  2. Take each flour tortilla and spread an even layer of the spinach mixture onto the surface, spreading it all the way to the edges.
  3. Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to create a roll. Repeat this step for all tortillas.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Remove the roll-ups from the refrigerator and slice them into 1-inch pieces before serving.

Notes

Storage: Keep Spinach Roll-Ups fresh by storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap uncut roll-ups tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe container.
