Preparation
- Combine the thawed and drained spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon bits, chopped onion, and ranch dressing mix in a mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients together until they form a uniform mixture.
- Take each flour tortilla and spread an even layer of the spinach mixture onto the surface, spreading it all the way to the edges.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other to create a roll. Repeat this step for all tortillas.
- Place the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the roll-ups from the refrigerator and slice them into 1-inch pieces before serving.
Notes
Storage: Keep Spinach Roll-Ups fresh by storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. For freezing, wrap uncut roll-ups tightly in plastic wrap and place in a freezer-safe container.
