Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard boil the eggs: Place the eggs in a pot and cover them with water. Bring the water to a boil, then cover the pot and remove it from the heat. Let the eggs sit in the hot water for 12 minutes. After that, transfer them to a bowl of cold water to cool.
  2. Peel the eggs: Once cool, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
  3. Make the yolk mixture: In the bowl, mash together the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chili garlic sauce, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. Fill the egg whites: Use a spoon or a piping bag to carefully fill each egg white half with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish: Sprinkle paprika on top of each filled egg and garnish with chopped green onions to add even more flavor and color.
  6. Serve chilled: Enjoy these tasty deviled eggs right away or store them in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.

Notes

Spicy Chili Garlic Deviled Eggs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Do not freeze as the texture will be affected.
