Preparation
- Brew your favorite coffee or make the espresso shots using fresh coffee grounds.
- Pour the apple juice into a saucepan and warm it on the stovetop, do not let it boil.
- Stir in the honey and pumpkin spice into the warm apple juice and mix well.
- Froth the whole milk until it is light and creamy.
- In a mug, add the brewed coffee or espresso, followed by the warmed apple juice mixture, then top it with frothed milk.
- Add whipped cream on top, sprinkle with nutmeg, and garnish with Star Anise.
Notes
This latte is best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 1-2 days. Reheat gently. Freezing is not recommended as it can affect the texture.
