Preparation
- Chill all ingredients well; cold liquids stay fizzy longer.
- Pour 3 oz of orange juice and 3 oz of sparkling wine or sparkling water into each champagne flute.
- Gently pour in 1/2 teaspoon of grenadine for a beautiful ombre effect.
- Garnish with a slice of orange or fresh berries, and serve immediately.
Notes
For a healthier version, use two parts sparkling water to one part orange juice and skip the grenadine or use a sugar-free syrup. This drink is gluten free and can be made diabetic-friendly.
