Preparation
- Chill your glasses, pitcher, and sparkling water to keep the fizz longer.
- Juice the oranges and lemon. Pour the orange juice into a large pitcher, straining if you want a clear punch.
- Add the cranberry or pomegranate juice and the amaretto to the pitcher. Stir gently.
- Add simple syrup or sugar-free sweetener. Taste and adjust sweetness based on preference.
- Add sliced strawberries or cherries and orange slices to the pitcher.
- Just before serving, pour in the chilled sparkling water and stir slowly.
- Fill serving glasses with ice and use a ladle to serve the punch, garnishing with mint and a fruit slice.

For a healthier version, swap simple syrup for sugar-free sweetener and lower the amaretto for reduced alcohol impact.
