  • 2 cups fresh orange juice (about 4 large oranges)
  • 1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice or pomegranate juice (low sugar if possible) Use low sugar for better health options.
  • 1/2 cup amaretto liqueur Substitute with 1/4 cup amaretto syrup for a non-alcoholic option.
  • 2 cups chilled sparkling water or club soda Use cold for best fizz.
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup Or 2–3 tbsp sugar-free sweetener to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries or cherries for garnish
  • 1 whole orange, thinly sliced for garnish
  • to taste Fresh mint sprigs for garnish Optional garnish.
  • as needed cups Ice

Method

Preparation
  1. Chill your glasses, pitcher, and sparkling water to keep the fizz longer.
  2. Juice the oranges and lemon. Pour the orange juice into a large pitcher, straining if you want a clear punch.
  3. Add the cranberry or pomegranate juice and the amaretto to the pitcher. Stir gently.
  4. Add simple syrup or sugar-free sweetener. Taste and adjust sweetness based on preference.
  5. Add sliced strawberries or cherries and orange slices to the pitcher.
  6. Just before serving, pour in the chilled sparkling water and stir slowly.
  7. Fill serving glasses with ice and use a ladle to serve the punch, garnishing with mint and a fruit slice.

Notes

For a healthier version, swap simple syrup for sugar-free sweetener and lower the amaretto for reduced alcohol impact.
