Preparation
- Pour 1 1/2 cup of milk into a small jar.
- Add 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar and 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to the milk.
- Tighten the lid onto the jar and shake for about 1 minute to dissolve the sugar and mix the cinnamon.
- Remove the lid and heat the milk mixture in the microwave for about 30 seconds until warm but not boiling.
- Brew 1/2 cup of espresso or strong coffee.
- Pour the hot coffee or espresso into a mug and then add the warm milk mixture.
- If there's any foamy milk left in the jar, spoon it out and add it to the mug.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top for extra flavor.
Serving
- Serve the Snickerdoodle Latte warm and enjoy.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a day or two and reheated in the microwave. Do not freeze.
