Preparation
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle relish, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add a few drops of hot sauce, if desired, for a subtle kick.
  3. Stir all ingredients thoroughly until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust salt or black pepper as needed to achieve a balanced flavor.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and deepen before serving.

Notes

Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir before use if any separation happens. Do not freeze mayonnaise-based sauces. Flavors improve if made a day in advance.
