Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil; mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 4 hours or until doubled in size.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Once the dough has risen, spread it on a greased baking sheet or a cast-iron skillet.
  3. Press your fingers into the dough to create dimples; sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 17 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
