Method
 

Mixing Dough
  1. Combine the sponge, water, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add the flour, salt, and yeast.
  3. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth.
First Rising
  1. Let the dough rise for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
Shaping
  1. Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a loaf pan.
  2. Let it rise again for about 1-2 hours.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Bake the bread for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Allow to cool before slicing.
