  • Maple sugar chunks, crushed Optional for topping.

Method

Preparation
  1. Make the salted pecan cold foam. In a small container or glass, add the heavy cream (or coconut milk), whole milk (or oat milk), pecan syrup, and fine sea salt. Use a milk frother to blend for about 10-15 seconds until foamy. Set aside.
  2. Prepare your glass. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  3. Add the cold brew. Pour in the vanilla syrup (or pecan syrup) first, then the cold brew coffee. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Top it off. Pour the salted pecan cold foam over the sweetened cold brew. Optionally, sprinkle crushed maple sugar on top for an extra crunch.
  5. Enjoy your drink. Sip and savor your homemade Salted Pecan Crunch Cold Brew!

Notes

This drink is best enjoyed fresh and should not be stored for long periods due to the cold foam texture. Customize the sweetness level by adjusting the syrup amount or try different flavored syrups for variation.
