- Make the salted pecan cold foam. In a small container or glass, add the heavy cream (or coconut milk), whole milk (or oat milk), pecan syrup, and fine sea salt. Use a milk frother to blend for about 10-15 seconds until foamy. Set aside.
- Prepare your glass. Fill a tall glass with ice.
- Add the cold brew. Pour in the vanilla syrup (or pecan syrup) first, then the cold brew coffee. Stir gently to combine.
- Top it off. Pour the salted pecan cold foam over the sweetened cold brew. Optionally, sprinkle crushed maple sugar on top for an extra crunch.
