Ingredients
  

For the Cold Foam
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (or full-fat coconut milk)
  • 1 tbsp whole milk (or full-fat oat milk)
  • 1 tbsp pecan syrup
  • tsp fine sea salt

Preparation
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small glass or jar.
  2. Use a milk frother to froth the mixture for 15-30 seconds, or until it becomes foamy.
  3. Pour the salted pecan cream cold foam over a sweetened cold brew or a chai latte.
  4. Drink up and enjoy your homemade treat!

Notes

For best taste and texture, make the foam fresh. Leftover foam can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 days, but re-frothing may be needed before use.
