  • 1 cup brewed coffee Use your favorite coffee type.
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons salted caramel syrup Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream Can be substituted with milk alternative for a lighter version.
  • Ice cubes To serve.
  • 1 pinch sea salt Enhances flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, cocoa powder, salted caramel syrup, and heavy cream.
  3. Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
  5. Top with a pinch of sea salt and serve immediately.

Notes

Store any leftover coffee mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days. Freezing is not recommended due to texture changes.
