- Brew your coffee and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, cocoa powder, salted caramel syrup, and heavy cream.
- Blend until smooth and frothy, about 30 seconds.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the coffee mixture over the ice.
- Top with a pinch of sea salt and serve immediately.
Notes
Store any leftover coffee mixture in the fridge for up to 2 days. Freezing is not recommended due to texture changes.
