Ingredients
  

For the salted caramel cold foam
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream Use chilled for best results.
  • 1 tbsp whole milk Can substitute with other milk types.
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup Add more for sweetness if desired.
  • tsp sea salt Adjust to taste.
For the cold brew
  • 1 ½ cups cold brew coffee Use high-quality cold brew for best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp caramel syrup For mixing in with the coffee.
  • optional Caramel sauce For garnish.

Method
 

Make the salted caramel cold foam
  1. In a small glass or container, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, caramel syrup, and sea salt.
  2. Use a milk frother to whip this mixture for 5-15 seconds until it becomes frothy.
  3. Set this aside.
Mix the cold brew
  1. In a tall glass, stir together the cold brew coffee and 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup until well mixed.
  2. Add ice to the glass.
Top it off
  1. Pour the salted caramel cold foam over the cold brew coffee.
Garnish
  1. Drizzle some caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with extra sea salt if you like.
