Method
Make the salted caramel cold foam
- In a small glass or container, combine the heavy cream, whole milk, caramel syrup, and sea salt.
- Use a milk frother to whip this mixture for 5-15 seconds until it becomes frothy.
- Set this aside.
Mix the cold brew
- In a tall glass, stir together the cold brew coffee and 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup until well mixed.
- Add ice to the glass.
Top it off
- Pour the salted caramel cold foam over the cold brew coffee.
Garnish
- Drizzle some caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with extra sea salt if you like.
