  • 8 to 10 ounces hot water about the temperature used for tea
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey optional
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice oat or almond preferred
  • 1 pinch cinnamon plus a tiny pinch of sea salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat water until hot but not boiling; think gentle steam.
  2. Add the RYZE powder to your mug. Pour in a splash of hot water and stir to make a smooth paste.
  3. Add the rest of the water, sweetener if using, and sea salt. Stir or froth until it looks glossy.
  4. Finish with milk and a dusting of cinnamon. Sip and adjust sweetness or creaminess to your taste.
Serving Suggestions
  1. For iced coffee, make a double-strength paste with half the water, add sweetener, then pour over ice with cold milk.
  2. To make a lighter bubbly version, top a strong concentrate with chilled sparkling water and a citrus twist.
