- In a small saucepan, add the water. Turn on the heat and bring it to a boil.
- Once the water is boiling, add the black tea bags. Lower the heat to a low simmer.
- Let the tea simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
- Add the whole milk to the saucepan. Keep a close eye on it and remove the saucepan from the heat just before it starts to boil.
- Carefully remove the tea bags from the saucepan, squeezing them gently to extract any remaining flavor.
- Serve the Royal Milk Tea in a cup, adding sugar to sweeten according to your taste, and mix well.
