Ingredients
  

For the latte
  • 1 cup milk (oat milk is recommended)
  • 1 shot espresso or ½ cup strong brewed coffee Use your preferred brew method
  • 1-2 tsp rose syrup Available in international aisles or online
  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup Store-bought or homemade
  • to taste dried edible rose petals Optional for garnish
  • as needed ice Only if serving cold

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brew your coffee or pull a shot of espresso.
  2. Pour in the vanilla syrup and rose syrup while the coffee is hot to help the flavors mix.
  3. If you like it hot, heat your milk gently using a microwave or saucepan; froth if possible.
  4. Pour the steamy milk over your coffee mixture and give it a swirl.
  5. For an iced version, shake the milk, rose syrup, and vanilla together, then pour over ice and coffee. Sprinkle rose petals if desired.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with different milk options (like oat, coconut, or almond) and additional flavors such as cardamom or ground pistachio. This recipe can also be made decaf for late afternoons.
