- Rinse and chop the fruit and vegetables into small pieces.
- In a blender, add the apple, celery, pineapple, cucumber, mint, lime juice, and water.
- Blend until you reach a smoothie consistency, about 1 minute.

Notes
Store in an airtight container or jar for up to 24 hours. Fresh smoothies taste best the same day. Freeze portions for later use.
