- Place raspberries, lime, mint, and sweetener (if using) into a glass.
- Muddle together for about 1 minute to release the juice from the lime and raspberries, and the flavor from the mint.
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
- Add ice and garnish with a sprig of mint and a whole raspberry if desired.
Notes
Serve cold in a tall glass. Great for parties and a healthier alternative to sugary drinks. Store leftover muddled fruit in an airtight container for up to 48 hours. Freeze raspberries for future use.
