  • 1 piece lime, quartered Use fresh lime for the best taste.
  • 8 pieces mint leaves Fresh mint adds aroma and flavor.
  • to taste sweetener of choice (e.g., Stevia, honey, monk fruit sweetener, or date syrup) Choose a no-calorie sweetener for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup sparkling water Cold sparkling water is recommended.
  • 1 cup ice Use crushed ice for a spa-style drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place raspberries, lime, mint, and sweetener (if using) into a glass.
  2. Muddle together for about 1 minute to release the juice from the lime and raspberries, and the flavor from the mint.
  3. Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  4. Add ice and garnish with a sprig of mint and a whole raspberry if desired.

Notes

Serve cold in a tall glass. Great for parties and a healthier alternative to sugary drinks. Store leftover muddled fruit in an airtight container for up to 48 hours. Freeze raspberries for future use.
