Ingredients
  

Sauce Ingredients
  • 4.4 oz mayonnaise
  • 2.6 oz ketchup (3 Tbsp)
  • 1.5 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, or fish sauce in a pinch)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (coarse)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to a small bowl.
  2. Stir with a spoon or whisk until everything blends into a creamy, even salmon-colored sauce.
  3. If you want more tang, add a touch of ketchup. For more heat, add extra black pepper.
  4. Let the sauce chill in the fridge for at least six hours to allow the flavors to develop.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Use a clean spoon each time to avoid contamination. Freezing is not ideal as the texture may change.
