Preparation
- Add ice to a mason jar to chill the ingredients.
- Pour in 2 oz of freshly brewed espresso (or 5 oz of cold brew) and add 3 tbsp of pumpkin spice syrup.
- Seal the jar and shake a few times to mix well and froth the drink.
- Open the jar and pour the iced coffee (with ice) into a tall glass.
- Top with ¾ cup of your chosen milk.
- Stir if desired and enjoy your Pumpkin Spice Shaken Espresso!
Notes
Garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg. Consider adding whipped cream and colorful straws. Best enjoyed fresh but can be refrigerated for 1-2 days.
