  • 8 cups apple cider
  • 15 ounces pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar Adjust based on sweetness preference
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice For a spicier kick, consider adding more
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 stick Cinnamon stick For garnish

Preparation
  1. In a large pot over medium-high heat, combine apple cider, pumpkin puree, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer.
  4. Let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes while stirring from time to time.
  5. After simmering, remove the pot from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  6. Allow the mixture to cool completely.
  7. Chill the juice in the refrigerator before serving in glasses filled with ice.
  8. If you prefer it warm, you can reheat it gently before serving.

Notes

Pumpkin juice can be served warm or cold. Top with a cinnamon stick for decoration. Leftover juice can be stored in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days or frozen for up to 6 months.
