Ingredients
  

For the Cold Brew
  • 1.5 cups cold brew coffee Use high-quality cold brew for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp vanilla syrup Adjust to taste for sweetness.
For the Pumpkin Foam
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream Can substitute with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 tbsp whole milk Can substitute with any plant-based milk.
  • 1 tbsp canned pumpkin puree Use pure pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling.
  • 1 tbsp vanilla syrup For sweetness in the foam.
  • 0.125 tsp pumpkin pie spice Optional - experiment with additional spices.
For Serving
  • as needed ice cubes For chilling the drink.

Method
 

Mix Cold Brew
  1. Stir together the cold brew coffee and 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup in a large cup or glass. Set aside.
Make Pumpkin Foam
  1. In a mason jar, combine the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, canned pumpkin puree, 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Froth the mixture vigorously using a milk frother until it becomes whipped and well-combined (about 10-20 seconds).
Assemble the Drink
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour the sweetened cold brew coffee over the ice.
  2. Gently spoon the pumpkin cold foam on top of the cold brew.
Serve and Enjoy
  1. Mix the drink if desired, and enjoy your homemade Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew.

Notes

Best served chilled right after making. You can sprinkle extra pumpkin pie spice on top for added flavor, or use a cinnamon stick for garnish.
