Preparation
- Brew espresso, then stir in the syrup or sauce of choice until dissolved. Set aside.
- Add ice to a tall glass.
- Pour in the protein shake, then top with the sweetened espresso.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
Notes
Best consumed fresh. Drink within 1–2 hours for best texture and taste. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Optional frozen espresso ice cubes can be used to cool the drink without dilution.
