  • 3 tablespoons protein powder of your choice Can be whey, casein, or plant-based.
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice Use dairy, almond, soy, or oat milk.
  • 6 ounces fresh brewed coffee Can be hot coffee or cold brew.

How to Make Hot Protein Coffee
  1. Brew your favorite coffee using a coffee maker or French press for around 6 ounces of hot coffee.
  2. In a blender or shaker bottle, combine 3 tablespoons of your chosen protein powder and 1/4 cup of milk. Blend or shake until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Pour the protein mix into your brewed coffee and stir well until everything is mixed.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with sugar, honey, or syrup if desired.
  5. Serve your hot proffee in a favorite mug.
How to Make Iced Protein Coffee
  1. Brew around 6 ounces of coffee, either hot or prepare cold brew coffee the night before.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  3. In a blender or shaker bottle, mix 3 tablespoons of protein powder and 1/4 cup of milk until smooth.
  4. Pour the brewed coffee over the ice, then add the protein mixture and stir well.
  5. Taste your iced proffee and add sweeteners if desired.
  6. Enjoy your refreshing iced proffee.

Notes

Proffee can be enjoyed hot or iced. Add cocoa powder or cinnamon for extra flavor. Best served fresh; store in the fridge for up to a day if needed.
