Preparation
- Place lime wedges, sweetener (if using), and pomegranate juice in a tall glass.
- Muddle gently until all the juice has been pressed out of the lime.
- Clap mint leaves together in your hands to release the scent and add them to the glass.
- Give the mint a gentle press a couple of times with the muddler.
- Add plenty of ice to the glass and top with soda water or ginger ale.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish your mocktail with pomegranate seeds, mint, and a lime wedge.
Notes
Best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 2 days but be aware it may lose fizz. You can make a larger batch for gatherings but add soda just before serving to maintain fizziness.
