  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Use a whisk to blend them until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  3. Gradually fold in the pomegranate seeds into the yogurt mixture. Be gentle to keep the pomegranate seeds intact.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish or serving plate, spreading it evenly.
  5. Top your mixture with chopped nuts for added crunch. If you like, add some fresh mint leaves to give a refreshing look.
