Preparation
- Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper to make clean-up easy.
- Add the Rice Chex cereal to a large bowl and keep it ready for coating.
- Place the powdered sugar in a gallon-size zip-top bag for coating.
Coating with Chocolate
- Microwave the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Be careful not to overheat.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Chex cereal and stir gently to coat evenly.
- Transfer half of the chocolate-coated mixture to the bag with powdered sugar, seal it, and shake well to coat completely.
- Fold the mini pretzels into the remaining chocolate-coated cereal mix.
Finishing Touches
- Spread the entire mixture onto the prepared parchment paper.
- Sprinkle on the M&Ms and any additional sprinkles.
- Take the powdered sugar-coated Chex from the bag and sprinkle it on top.
- Allow the mix to rest for about 20 minutes to set.
- Once set, gently break up any large chunks before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. Can be frozen for longer storage.
