  • 1 glass 1 glass of warm filtered water (8–12 oz) Water should be warm but not boiling.
  • 1/4 tsp 1/4 tsp finely ground Himalayan pink salt Finely ground for easy dissolution.
  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice Freshly squeezed for best flavor.
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp raw honey (optional) Add for sweetness if desired.

Preparation
  1. Heat water until warm, but not boiling.
  2. Add the finely ground Himalayan pink salt to the warm water and stir until dissolved.
  3. Mix in the fresh lemon juice.
  4. If desired, add raw honey for sweetness and stir well.
  5. Drink the mixture on an empty stomach for best results.
